Take a dee-eeep breath...

...because we are about to share both some insights and a tremendous product that will get oxygen on your side as a powerful ally in your Candida treatment!

Understanding Candida Treatment

First, we have to understand something about Candida (in fact, about all its fungal and yeasty cousins, including mold and mildew). Yeast and fungus are anaerobic organisms. That means that they grow, thrive and reproduce in environments that are short on oxygen (aerobic = oxygenated).

Two examples illustrate this really well:

  • Have you ever stuffed a wet bathing suit or towel into your gym bag only to find it a week later? Mildew-y funk! Why? Because it has been stuffed into a damp, airless (oxygen-less) space.

  • If a baby has diaper rash (which is a yeast infection), parents are advised after changing the diaper to “air out” the little one’s bottom for a few minutes – or literally, “oxygenate” it.

What Does This Have to Do With Treating Candida?

If Candida loves a lack of oxygen, it makes sense that providing your body with more oxygen will help in your fight against Candida.

Is There a Shortcut?

Yes! Oxygen Elements Max™ is a stimulant-free, proprietary blend that increases oxygen in the body, increases blood flow, and neutralizes free radicals. It is a simple drop, that when added to water or other beverages, is designed to distribute oxygen to the cells, creating the kind of inner environment that Candida hates!

It also assists the body in absorbing ThreeLac™ and Candizolv™, our primary Candida-fighters.

What Else Can I Do to Get More Oxygen?

Below are some additional tips to get more O2 into YOU!

  • Exercise. Ah, yes, it’s back to that! The human body was designed to exercise, which increases lung capacity, encourages deep breathing, and pumps oxygen into your system. But, you don’t have to be an Olympian. Even simple exercise works. For example, you can walk your dog, go for a swim, dance, take a walk in the woods or ride your bike. Consider joining a gym near you, or invest in a stationary bike or treadmill at home. Find something you enjoy doing, then do it.

  • Breathe. Get in the habit of taking deep breaths, not just into your chest, but all the way down to your belly. Pull as much oxygen as possible into your lungs, where your blood vessels capture it and spread it throughout your body.

  • Stress Less. You know why. . . so many reasons. But the one we are pinpointing here is that when you are stressed, your breathing tends to become quick and shallow, allowing less oxygen into your body, which (ironically) increases stress.

  • Laugh! Yes, the physical act of laughter increases oxygen. According to the Mayo Clinic: “Laughter enhances your intake of oxygen-rich air, stimulates your heart, lungs and muscles, and increases the endorphins that are released by your brain.”

  • And, for an extra oxygen boost: Regularly take our Oxygen Elements Max™ cellular oxygen drop!
